All our classes are suitable for all students. Anyone can practice yoga! However, if you are new to hot yoga, we recommend starting off with any class of 60 minutes. This could be our Bikram 60’, Vinyasa or Pilates class. This allows you to get used to the heat and the postures in a gentle way.

Make sure you arrive on time, at least 15 minutes before your class starts. It's always better to arrive calmly and to be stress-free as you prepare your body and mind for your yoga class. Reception closes 5 minutes before class starts. Once the class has started, we don't allow any late entries to ensure a calm and peaceful practice for all students.

As the heat will make you sweat, it's mandatory to practice on a mat with a large body-size (yoga) towel on top. During COVID-19 we advise you to bring your own. Alternatively, you can rent a mat and/or a towel and/or a yoga block for €2 each. If you forget your shower towel, we also have these towels available for €2. We have small lockers to store your valuables, as we keep the hot room gadget-free.

All classes take place in the hot room so be prepared to sweat! It is therefore recommended to wear light, breathable clothing which allows you to move freely, for example, shorts, singlets, t-shirts and leggings, anything which you could comfortably wear to do sports on a hot, sunny day.

Make sure to hydrate well before and after class. You can also drink small sips of water during practice. Bring your own bottle, refill it at our studio for a small charge or purchase cold bottled water from the reception. We also offer coconut water and Aquarius for that extra kick of energy and refreshment. Prepare your body for practice by having a meal a few hours before class. It's not recommended to enter the hot room with a full stomach. If you are very hungry right before class, have a light snack such as fruit or an energy bar.

The yoga room is intentionally hot. It helps your muscles to warm up, prevents injuries and allows for a deeper stretch in your body. Sweating and not wiping away your sweat in class will conserve your energy and help release toxins and poisons from your body. It's a normal physical reaction to sweat during the entire class. We encourage all students to stay in the yoga room for the entire class. If you feel dizzy, we suggest staying in the hot room, taking a small sip of water and then laying down on your back or in Child's Pose. Focus on your breath and stay there until you feel better. Suddenly leaving the hot room may actually make you feel worse, due to the drastic change in temperature. If you feel very unwell, please always alert the teacher.

You can cancel any class up to 4 hours before it starts without any penalty or fee. This is considered an Early Cancel and allows others to take your spot. If you cancel less than 4 hours before the class starts or you don't arrive on time (at least 5 minutes before class starts), this is considered a Late Cancel / No Show. You will be charged for a regular class from your membership. If you are an unlimited membership holder or you are enjoying the 10 day trial,you’ll be blocked from reserving and attending any classes for the next 4 days. Alternatively, you can pay a €12 penalty, which will allow you to reserve and attend classes again straight away.

When you have an injury, yoga can be beneficial to your recovery. However, please make sure to consult your doctor/physiotherapist and always make us aware of your physical condition before class starts. We’re here to help, and we will offer any necessary modifications so you can fully benefit from all the positive aspects that yoga has to offer.

In order to book a class, you need to have a valid membership, of any kind (single class, trial package, unlimited package and so on). Not registered yet? Click here, choose which membership is the best fit for you and follow the instructions. You will then be able to reserve a spot via our website or the GymMaster application. Classes will be open for booking 7 days in advance.

When your favourite class is full, you can join our online waiting list. Once a spot becomes available, you’ll automatically be added to the class and you’ll receive a booking confirmation email accordingly. If you can't attend the class anymore, please cancel immediately via the booking system, or send us a message by WhatsApp to 682160073. Otherwise, it will be considered a Late Cancel / No Show.

We would be sad to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your membership please let us know by email, at least 30 days in advance. Please note that any membership with a commitment can only be cancelled after a minimum of 4 months.

To provide a safe, happy and relaxed environment for all students we’re following a few house rules. Please be on time. You won’t be allowed to enter class once it has started. The hot room is a gadget-free and silent area. You can catch up with your fellow yogis outside of the hot room but inside the hot room we maintain absolute silence. Please respect other people's space and privacy. Moreover, be conscious of your personal hygiene and general tidiness in the studio. Smile and keep breathing.

Of course, this teacher training is designed to offer you incredible insights on the traditional practice of yoga and its modern adaptations. You can use this knowledge to start teaching but it’s also very enriching to simply deepen your own practice.

You can definitely join the training if you're not a native English speaker. The course will be in basic English, which will be easy to follow. Moreover, together our team also speaks Spanish, Cantonese , Dutch and German.

The provided training material, all classes and the final exam will be in English, so it’s important you do feel ready for the challenge of following the training in English. We can answer specific questions in Spanish yet the training will be mostly in basic English. We aim to offer a Spanish speaking teacher training in the future.

Previous experience on both styles won’t be necessary. This training provides you a solid basis of both Hot Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. As you can see from the program, the Saturdays are dedicated to Vinyasa practice, and the Sundays to Hatha practice. We’re covering profound knowledge on both styles, what are the most important differences and similarities and we offer a full range of postures which you can adapt to both hatha or vinyasa style.

It’s one of the biggest myths in yoga that you would have to be flexible or be able to get into advanced postures yourself to become a yoga teacher. A good teacher needs to have certain skills but being very flexible or advanced in your own practice is not one of them. Step by step we’ll guide you into your teaching skills and in your own practice, so at the end of your training, your personal practice has advanced and you’ll have learned how to teach properly, regardless of your own level of practice.

Like anything in life, the more you do it, the more you advance. And practising yoga as a habit will teach you discipline and may make it easier to step on your mat. Yet yoga is also teaching us to live with awareness and be in balance. So therefore we can only recommend you to practise as much as you personally want/need. A minimum practice of 3 times a week is recommended to gain the benefits of yoga and take good care of mind, body and soul.

The retreat will be the cherry on the cake of your teacher training. You’ll have incorporated all the provided knowledge of the training and you’ll have grown as a person. During the retreat we’ll celebrate this growth and make your training an unforgettable experience full of happy vibes, lots of yoga, healthy food and great company.

You’ll have to provide us with medical proof and if needed, we will allow you to finish the training the next season, latest within 12 months after the start of the initial training. Please note the fee is non-refundable once the training has started.

Yes, it is mandatory to attend 95% of the classes we’ve scheduled, including the 3 day retreat. In order to give you the full yoga-immersion and to make sure you’re becoming the best possible yoga teacher, we ask you to attend all classes. Should you be unable to attend a certain class, please notify us in advance. If you have a medical emergency which prevents you from attending, we’ll require doctors’ documents to justify your absence.
